The UltraSIPS configurator helps you build an indicative SIP garden room, extension shell or bespoke outbuilding layout in 3D. You can adjust wall lengths, roof type, openings, SIP thickness, timber pack, EPDM roof covering, delivery and installation options before sending the design to UltraSIPS for review.

What the configurator can include

  • SIP walls, roof panels and optional SIP floors where needed.
  • Timber pack and waterproofing membrane for a practical SIP kit package.
  • EPDM roof covering, kerbs and edge details where selected.
  • Provisional physical support allowances for beams, lintels or goalposts where flagged.
  • Live delivery quote requests using project dimensions, panel count and estimated weight.

Pricing is a practical budget figure until the layout, openings, delivery details and structural requirements are confirmed. Windows, doors, cladding, foundations and Building Control fees are not included unless specifically quoted.
